Metoda wyznaczania kształtu narzędzi dla osiowo-symetrycznych procesów obróbki plastycznej

The method of characteristics for axially-symmetric stress and strain conditions is applied to tool profiles the design. The numerical solving procedure of mixed boundary problems with unknown boundary and also considering friction is proposed. The kinematically admissible solutions to extrusions problems are obtained as example. The solutions allow one to determine favourable punch profiles for bacward extrusion and die profiles with minimum wear for forward extrusion.
