Skrępowane skręcanie pryzmatycznych prętów o bisymetrycznych, zwartych przekrojach
The aim of the present paper is to derive technical theory of constrained torsion of prismatic rods with bisymmetric compact cross-section on the basis of the theory of bodies with internal constraints. In an example a homogeneous, isotropic cantilever of an elliptic cross-section is studied loaded by a torsion moment in unconstrained cross-section. The analytical solution of the problem is obtained. The influence of the shape of the cross-section on the angle rotation and on constrain function is examined.
