The unsteady temperature distribution in an infinite circular hollow cylinder heated externally cprescribed nonsymmetric heat flux at the surface) and cooled internally by fluid has been calculated. The initial temperature distribution has been assumed to be uniform. Solution has been obtained by means of the Laplace transform with respect to time and the usual method of separation of variables. The considered medium is homogeneous, isotropic, with thermal properties independent of position and temperature.
