The influence of parachute braking rate on movement of a store dropped from an aircraft. The paper presents discussion of the influence of a brake parachute on flight parameters of a store dropped from an aircraft. The store has been assumed to behave like a rigid body with a moving parachute. The systtem dynamics has been analysed considering lateral, longitudinal and sideslip movements of the store as well as the relative movements of a parachute.
