Optimization systems of control parameters target homing whirl rockets. The concept has been presented of determining dependences between the system of control parameters and desing parameters which ensures the fastest damping process. The dynamics has been incestigated for the target homing anti-tank, whirl rocket and the optimization program has been determined for alternating system of control coefficients. The modified method A.N. Golubyentsev's has been used for the third degree eąuations with complex coefficients.
