Wpływ podatności pierścieni wzmacniających na pracę kompensatorów mieszkowych

Numerical analysis of stress and deformation of the bellows with treinforcing rings used as compensators of thermal expansion in pipelines has been performed. The stress distribution, effective stresses, contact conditions between the shell and the rings have been determined by means of the finite element method in case of axisymmetric problems. The results allows us to determine the influence of the rings stiffnes. The thin wall rings have been taken into account.
