An analytical method is considered of calculation of internal stresses and forces in the main elements of the vertical flow steam generators of nuclear power plants. The heating tubes make an elastic foundation supporting the perforated bottoms. The bottoms are assumed to be ortrotopic plates juncted with a cylindrical shell and hemispherical or eliptical heads. The solutions are given for any conditions of exploitation.
