Rozwiązanie uproszczonych równań strumienia swobodnego metodą elementów skończonych

A method of numerical solution is presented of simplified equations of free round jet flowing from a straight pipe using the finite element method (FEM). The solution is given for the region 4-8 z/d from te pipe outlet. A modified iteration method is proposed to solve LN algebraic nonlinear equations system obtained from FEM discretization. The results is compared with the experimental data.
