Ultradźwiękowa metoda badania gęstości ośrodków ziarnistych w procesach deformacji

The acoustic method of measuring the density of granular media in plane strain condition is proposed. The method is based on the relation between the velocity of acoustic longitudinal wave density and hydrostatic pressure, and can be used in experimental study of deformation of granular media. The application of the method is shown in investigation of flow of dry sand through the plane hopper.
